At the start of each new year Saveur Magazine, a magazine well-respected in the gourmet food industry, releases a special issue known as THE SAVEUR 100 which features their Top 100 Favorite Foods, Drinks, People Places and Things from the previous year.
This year a writer from Saveur contacted Chef Didi Davis (owner of SALT TRADERS and didi davis food) seeking her expertise and recommendations for a few of the best gourmet salts designed for everyday use.
We are pleased to announce that three out of the five salts listed as "Pantry Essentials" in THE SAVEUR 100 areproducts carried by SALT TRADERS, with SALT TRADERS listed one of the recommended sources!
Look for Murray River Salt from Australia, Fleur de Sel de Guerande from France, and Grigio di Cervia from Italy (more commonly known as Riserva Camillone Sea Salt from Cervia).
